  • I am interested in a species not listed on your products page.

    We would love to hear about your species of interest. You can vote for new Genomes on the Resouces page. We always take note of what is currently popular and try to create new bundles accordingly.

  • Can KnetMiner support non-plant species?

    Simply, yes, we can work with you to spin up a novel KnetMiner instance containing your species of interest. See our COVID-19 KnetMiner instance as an example! Just get in touch at hello@knetminer.com.

  • How can I get in touch for some other purpose?

    Either here or via hello@knetminer.com – both will end up in the same inbox.

  • Do you support internationally?

    Absolutely! Please feel free to reach out to us on hello@knetminer.com. We are also working on adding more payment gateways to better support customers globally.

  • Where are you based?

    We are currently based in Harpenden, United Kingdom.

  • How long has KnetMiner been established?

    The first version of KnetMiner was released in 2013. In late 2023 we spun out of Rothamsted Research and became our own company. Since then, we've completely rebuilt the application as a SaaS.

  • How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    Each email sent by us contains an unsubscribe button. Otherwise, head to your Account settings to make more fine-grained adjustments.

Payments and Account

  • Do you support alternative payment portals?

    We currently support payment by card using Stripe, or payment by bank transfer. If neither work for you, we’re always happy to chat and try to work something out. Contact us on hello@knetminer.com.

  • I would like to cancel a subscription

    Subscriptions are resource-based. You can manage your subscriptions by going here and clicking Manage Subscription, then using the pricing calculator to do the rest. Alternatively you can click the aforementioned link and cancel your entire subscription by clicking Cancel Subscription.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Are you sure? There's no going back from this! If you know what you're doing and want to continue, you can delete your account by following instructions here
