Genome Region Search

< 1 min read

The genome region search restricts the search to genes which fall within the specified region(s).

Select a chromosome, region start and end positions (in Megabases not Nucleotide) and optionally modify the Color and Label. The Genes box will show you how many genes were found within your region.

– Add additional regions by clicking “+ Add region”.*
– Remove regions by clicking the X to the right of the row.

* Users without accounts can search with only one region, registered users can search with three. These limits are removed on Paid Resources.

Use the sidebar to navigate and read more about Gene List Search and Genome Region Search.
